Rob Marks

Rob has a long track record of investment success in leveraged buyout transactions.† A graduate of Stanford University and a Harvard Business School M.B.A., Rob began his career researching international trade and monetary trends before moving into†corporate finance at Dillon, Read & Co. and†private equity at Carl Marks & Co.† Currently, Rob lends his counsel to the boards of publicly-traded Dennyís Corporation and Emeritus.† He also lends his time to the executive committee of the International Rescue Committee.

David Niemiec

Dave draws from a breadth of corporate finance experience gained from a long career at Dillon, Read & Co. Inc., where he worked as an investment banker before becoming the firmís vice chairman and chief financial officer. Since Dillon Read was sold in 1997, he has concentrated on private equity investing both as an advisor to Saratoga Partners and personally, investing in small private companies in industries ranging from media and publishing to ocean shipping. He also serves as a director or trustee of the Templeton mutual funds, the international investing arm of Franklin Templeton Investments.

Rick Stratford

Rick possesses a diverse business acumen ranging from transportation, high tech, retail, business services, and manufacturing sectors from his experience as a partner and COO/CFO of Peterson Partners -- a private equity firm. Receiving his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Rick has worked as a consultant and CPA for Arthur Andersen and as an internal consultant for HP's mobile computing division. Rick serves on the boards of Vivint, Jetscape, Lead Media, CheckSum, Alarm Contracts, and Winder Farms.
